This project started with a research on teamwork and its value for the design education and the design process. We analyzed different aspects of our design education and professional practice related to teamwork.
Our aim is to create an ongoing dialogue about what is the role, the dynamic and the impact of team working in the design process and how it affects the end results. By holding events, aimed at both design students and professionals, we are hoping to open and expand the discussion about team working in design.
Included in our research today are several interviews, an analysis of our own educational and professional background and a tool for teamworking proposing questions to reflect on the design process and facilitate team working.
In 2014 we presented our research to bachelor and master students from the product design department of the HiOA, Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus in Lillestrøm and led a workshop to experiment and discuss around the subject of team working.positives graph– What is design about? –
